A Salvadoran-flavored Thanksgiving
Karen, a producer on Good Food, shared with us a photo of her Salvadoran-flavored Thanksgiving meal.
It included:
Turkey covered with chile & spice salsa
Pavo
relleno (turkey stuffing cooked in the bird) - ground beef and pork,
celery, potato, and carrots
Homemade cranberry sauce,
Corn
Whipped
potatoes and gravy
Yams in Piloncillo (Mexican cane sugar) and
cinnamon
Bread stuffing with portabello mushrooms, onions, celery,
fresh sage and thyme
It looks absolutely delicious
