John Pleshette's Tagliatelle with Endive and Bacon

[ciò è buono]
This sounds so delicious. It reminds me of two recipes I've added to my 'tool kit.' One is a recipe I learned while in Italy - Spaghetti alle olio, pepperocino e kalamata - that's pretty much the recipe and add mounds of parmigiano reggiano.

The other is a new favorite (no pasta but I suppose one could substitute pasta) a cabbage potato casserole - simple, easy and satisfying - that I picked up on Molly Watson's blog - local food on about.com.

I'm going to try this one - I'm on a mission to add good, tasty meals to my life, without spending too much time in the kitchen. This recipe sounds like it could very well be my next addition.

mile grazie
