Great show! Food, Inc. was incredible.

On the topic of caviar, I had an amazing experience recently at a Michelin star rated San Francisco restaurant, Range. They had a "golden caviar" that topped a sashimi dish that was absolutely divine. More mild and less salty than traditional sturgeon caviar (I forget the fish this came from - trout?), but wonderfully delicious and creamy. Truly amazing.
