If you found the pig face interesting you should check out one of the traditional Bosnian delicacies called "Glavusa" (translation= big head). A grown cow's entire head is prepared much like thanksgiving turkey, and served on a big plater in the middle of the table for the whole family and the guests. I remember being scared of it when I was a little child.
